Ordering and Shipping

Please note our new shipping procedures due to the coronavirus. For the foreseeable future we will only ship to addresses in the United States. We will try to explore other options that won’t expose us to the perceived danger of crowds.


You may order by phone, fax or email 24 hours a day, or use our Secure Order Form.

If you would like to speak with a live person the best time to reach us is between 9 AM and 6 PM Mountain time Monday through Friday.


As we reduce the price on our inventory, postage is extra on all orders. Please add $5 to orders under $100, $9 to orders up to $300, $12 for orders up to $500, and $15 for orders over $500. Heavier packages, those with perhaps large medals, may raise the cost of shipping. We will advise you if that is the case.

To minimize time spent in crowds most items will be sent via USPS 1st class or priority insured and/or signature-required tracking mail. We may also send some items via Fedex. However we will not use UPS.

Books will be sent via USPS Media mail and the cost of shipping will depend upon weight as well as value. Again we will advise you of the total cost.

Payment is accepted via checks in US dollars on a US Bank and Money Orders in US Dollars on a US Bank. We will also be accepting payments, on a trial basis, via Zelle which is a direct payment from your bank to ours without a cost to either party. Most large US banks have this service as well as many smaller ones. We will send you an email with the details after we receive your order. In addition a Zelle app is available for download.

As usual you must be satisfied with your order. You may return anything without a reason within 7 days of receipt.

In addition, unless specifically described as “sold as is”, all coins, medals, tokens and banknotes are guaranteed genuine and have a life-time return privilege for authenticity.

  1. All materials guaranteed genuine unless specifically mentioned otherwise.

  2. 7 day return privilege for any reason. You must be satisfied. We have been in business since the summer of 1971 and pride ourselves in giving value for your dollar. Certified coins graded by ANACS, NGC, ICG or PCGS cannot be returned.

  3. All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. Buyer is responsible for any bank fees.

  4. NOTE: We are not accepting credit card orders at this time. See above for your payment options.

  5. Layaway plans are available, but they cannot be cancelled. We will make every effort to work with you to formulate a layaway plan.

  6. Most items are 1 of a kind, 2nd choices are appreciated and will not be used unless necessary.

  7. Serious want lists are solicited. Please send us as much information as possible concerning dates, types, condition and price range. No obligation.

  8. Digital Photos are available for most items valued over $25 via email.

  9. Phone or Fax calls are encouraged and help save disappointment. You may call 24 hours a day. If you wish to speak to a live person, best hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Mountain time Monday through Friday although on many days we are in earlier and later and on weekends. We do not accept collect phone calls. If we are not in the office, please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible. Please speak clearly and slowly.

  10. Please quote invoice or customer number when making payments or returns.

  11. Colorado residents must include 4.5% sales tax for items other than coins, unless you have a Colorado resale license. If you do, please send us the number for our files. Tokens, medals, banknotes and books etc. are taxable.
