WEBLIST 40F - MAY 2010

Download PDF version of this list.

We are now back on schedule after spending 2 months writing and preparing our auction catalog. We hope to have our June list out in the middle of June as we have well over 100 coins that we just purchased. This list has mostly new purchases although there are some older material that we have lowered our prices on.

Among the highlights of this list is a very nice year 2 Jewish War (First Revolt) Shekel that we recently purchased from a collector who we sold the coin to 15 years ago. There is also a nice run of Bar Kochba Middle bronzes and numerous Roman coins from the 3rd and 4th centuries. In our world coin section there are a number of coins from hard to find countries as well as a handful of 17th century German Talers. Our list ends with some world paper money, mainly German Konversionkasse and some scarce mid-20th century Arabic issues. We had hope to list more paper but we've cut our finger and can barely type.

As usual there are no photos but we can send along an email image of most every item within 24 hours of your request.
